The terms that apply when you use the Myst Studios website. Work we do for clients is covered by its own written agreement.
About These Terms
This website is run by Myst Studios Limited (“Myst Studios”, “we”, “us”), a company based in New Zealand. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our Services and Prices
The information on this site describes what we offer, but it isn’t an offer or a contract. Every project is confirmed in a written agreement (after a proposal, or for fixed-price bundles such as The Get Sorted Bundle, on sign-up), and that agreement sets out the scope, price, payment terms and timeframes. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, the agreement applies.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless the page says otherwise. Prices and packages can change at any time, but a change won’t affect work you’ve already agreed to.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll use the details you give us as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Using the Site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to interfere with how it works, gain access to parts of it you’re not meant to, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
Our Content
The text, design, photos, videos and graphics on this site belong to Myst Studios or to the clients and partners who’ve let us show their work. You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t copy, reuse or sell its content without our written permission.
Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown with permission to illustrate our work.
Results
Results shown in our projects and articles are real, but every business is different. Past results don’t guarantee the same results for you, and the goals we describe for our services and bundles (such as what we work towards in your first 90 days) are what we plan around, not promises.
Links to Other Sites
The site links to other websites, such as social media and client sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1993 where those Acts apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
New Zealand Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
