The Brief

After 150+ completed homes as Reliance Homes, the team rebranded to Reliance Residences: a deliberate step up. Buyers at this level want proof of a track record, and the old site didn't carry it.

They needed a website and sales material that matched the new name, and a steady way to market each new development.

Our Approach

We designed the site in the brand's own register: black and white, minimal, with big typography and the track record up front. Each development gets its own page with renders and specs.

Alongside the site, we design a brochure for every new development, in one consistent portrait format, and run their social media and lead ads, so each release has a sales document, a page and a campaign behind it.
